The Gift of Family Blessings.
The gift of family blessing applies to the overall family and can manifest itself in many different forms. Here we will focus on several specific family blessing that Gods speaks about.
Have Children: Psalms 127: 3-4 tells us, lo, children are a heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. (King James Version, 1998-2022, Psalms 127:3-4). The word heritage means a special or individual procession that could be assigned to or inherited. That means that God decided to give you children whether it be biological or non-biological. God knows that some families will not consist of biological children due to whatever reason it, but God also has those prepared to take on parenthood, guardianship of those children that are in need.
Obedient Children: Colossians 3:20 tells us, Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord (King James Version, 1998-2022, Colossians 3:20). God has clearly expressed to the children, that obedience is right for the child to honor and obey their parents in every God lead decision.
Fruitful Wife/mother: Psalms 128: 3 it states that, thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table (King James Version, 1998-2022, Psalms 128:3). God is speaking on the fact that; the wife will be fruitful in having children. This does not only concern biological children but children in general.
Loving Mother: The Lord speaks of the praise and fame that a loving mother gets from her children and husband. In the book of Proverbs 31: 28 –29 states, her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all (King James Version, 1998-2022, Proverbs 31:28-29). This means that the mother has been blessed by God to do all things motherly and beyond, to the point that her children and husband praise her for what she has done.
Loving Husband: 1 Peter 3:7 it states, Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered. (King James Version, 1998-2022, 1 Peter 3:7). The scripture recommends husbands to be understanding with their wives in an honorable manner, because not only is the husband an heir to grace but the wife is as well. The Lord clearly states that the blessing of a loving husband to a wife must present compassion, grace, and mercy. This loving husband blessing may present itself in numerous ways such as, positive communications, loving interactions, willfulness to go the extra mile, being mindful and intuitive, utilizing wisdom, knowledge, understanding to lead as God sees fit.
Loving Father: Psalm 103:13 it states, like as a father pitieth his children so the LORD pitieth them that fear him (King James Version, 1998-2022, Psalms 103:13). A father blessed to show compassion to his children as God has shown compassion to us his children. Someone can say that it should be easy for a father to show compassion for a child.
With these blessings, you will see that God has provided blessings that will contribute to a blessed family life. That doesn’t mean that every day you will have a perfect family day, but it means that God has provide your family with the gifts and tools to have and maintain a blessed family life. In the end it is up to the overall family to keep up with the words of God that will continue to allowing this blessing to not only be a part of your generation but the generations after.

Lord, I come to you now in Jesus Name. I pray that the gift of family blessing be place upon me! Allow me and when I have a family to hear and understand your words that would allow us to have the gifts daily. I Love you!
