The Gift of Personal blessings.

Personal Blessing

Let us look at what the Bible says about blessings that the Lord may provide for us. Remember that these blessings can manifest itself in many ways, but here we will stick to what God says specifically.

  1. Increased faith: 2 Corinthians 5:7 which tells us, for we walk by faith, not by sight (King James Version, 1998-2022, Corinthians 5:7). This scripture is a quick and short reminder that through faith and believing in God, even though we do not see the specific answer or way out, but we will need to continue to apply method in our everyday life.

  2. Increased belief: John 14: 12 -14 states, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth in me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it (King James Version, 1998-2022, John 14:12-14). In this section Jesus is providing the truth about believing in Him and what God has designed us to do with our beliefs. Jesus is specifically providing reassurance to us to allow us to believe in what will and can be done through his name. Jesus encourages us to have trust, faith and hope in him and the father.

  3. Increased trust: Jeremiah 29:11 tells us, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end (King James Version, 1998-2022, Jeremiah 29:11). Within the scripture God has presented to us what is a general plan for our lives and well-being. Even though it Is not spoken in specific step-by-step goals for our lives, it gives us an overall assurance that God has planned our welfare, planned our future, and will continue to keep hope within.

  4. Decreased of fear and anxiety: 2 Timothy 1:7, which tells us, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (King James Version, 1998-2022, 2 Timothy 1:7). God has given us strength and the power to not be fearful, to have love as well as self-control over that fear and anxiety. Isaiah 41:10 to fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yes, I will help thee; yes, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness (King James Version, 1998- 2022, Isaiah 41:10). God clearly state that He is always with you, to not worry because He is God the Almighty. He further states that I am here, and I will help you, I will lift you up and I will constantly be there for you, to not worry, to not be afraid.

  5. Gaining Peace and or Serenity: 2 Thessalonians 3:16 wish tells us, Now the Lord of peace himself gives you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all (King James Version, 1998-2022, 2 Thessalonians 3:16). This scripture tells us that God is peaceful and desires to give you peace in every part of your life.

These are just a few of Gods personal blessing that may be placed upon your child and families. Children can have these blessings early on and you may be amazed at the level of confidence that your child reveals to you. I would suggest sitting down and take some time to see which one of these blessings that God may have placed upon you or your family and he then Him.

Prayer of the day:

Lord, I come to you now in the name of Jesus! I ask you Lord to revel to me any and all personal blessings that you have placed upon me or my family. Lord, I thank you in advance for these blessings and will continue to praise, worship and honor you in my life. I love you!

In Jesus name I have prayed!

AMEN!
