  • Week 2: Self-esteem & Identification of your Personal Strengths

  • Week 3: Protective Factors, Social Supports, Locus of Control and your tolerations

  • Week 4: Stress Awareness, Stress symptoms, Stress Management and relaxation tips

  • Week 5: Fight or Flight response, Un-Healthy coping skills and problem solving.

  • Week 6: Healthy Copings skills, Tolerance Skills, Self-control

  • Week 7: Peer relationships, conflict resolutions, Bullies & time management

  • Week 8: Self-care tips, positive steps for wellbeing and Final Self Care assessment
