Pray to stop Self-harming

We can pray to ask God to help with self-harm. God does not want any of us to feel so badly inside that we feel the need to self-harm ourselves. The pain that you are feeling can be taken away with the help of a professional and the Lord.

Here is a prayer that can help you with that!

Let us Pray….

Heavenly Father I come to you now in the name of Jesus. I ask you Lord to help me to stop self-harming. I am in pain and feel terrible about what happened to me. I want the pain to go away so that I never have to feel it again.

Lord, I pray that you will heal me and take the desire out of me to self-ham. Sometimes the desire is so strong that I must do it to make the feelings go away.

Please bring me back to who I used to be before the pain and the self-harm Lord. I trust and believe in you that it can be done. I just want to be my usual self again.
