Pray about Drugs and Alcohol Use!

 We can pray to ask God to assist us in when we are dealing with drug and alcohol use. Substance use is something that God warns us to stay away from especially if you are not an adult. The devil likes to give Gods’ children things that can create obstacles for us so that we stray away from God. The use of substances can and will harm your entire life scaly if you start at a young when your brain has not finished growing. Think of it this way! If you put a toxic chemical in your brain as it Is growing, when it is done growing, do you think that it would have help it or damaged it?

Here is a prayer that can help you with that!

Let us Pray….

Heavenly Father I come to you now in the name of Jesus.

I ask you to help me with substance use. I am aware that others are using it and it seems like it is enjoyable. I have also seen individuals who are now addicted at an early age, and I do not want to be like them. Please, take the desire to use substances from me. Please remove everyone that is using who will pressure me to continue to use. If I need to go to counseling, please inform me and my trusted adult that I should go.

I trust and believe in you Lord.

I have prayed these things in Jesus’ name. Amen!
